Riney Management provides Associations with qualified maintenance personnel on an "as needed basis". Many Associations ranging in size from 10 units to 100 units do not require or economically justify an on-site employee. We provide minor maintenance services to our clients through the use of a customized computerized work order system. Maintenance requests are to include carpentry, painting, light electrical and plumbing. (Items not
required to be performed by a licensed Electrician or Plumber)

This "Handy-Man" approach allows our teams to perform on-site maintenance in a timely and cost effective manner eliminating the financial burden of on-site personnel while providing quality maintenance services to the community.
